The Rheem Equa-Flow manifold system is a scalable hot water solution designed for commercial and high-demand environments. It enables multiple Rheem water heaters of the same model and capacity to be connected in parallel, functioning as a single, high-output unit.

Key Features

  • Equal Load Distribution: Ensures balanced water flow and heating load across all connected units.
  • Scalability: Easily expand capacity by adding more units to the manifold.
  • Redundancy: If one unit requires maintenance, others continue to operate, minimizing downtime.
  • Flexible Configuration: Supports various layouts including inline, corner, and back-to-back installations.

How It Works

  • Cold water enters at one end of the manifold and hot water exits from the opposite end.
  • Each heater is connected via branch lines to shared cold and hot water headers.
  • System components include non-return valves, isolation valves, pressure limiting valves, and expansion control valves.
