Warranty Claim Form
To Return Rheem Products under Warranty:
- Submit an Online Claim Form to receive a Claim Number via email.
- Rheem will receive a Claim Form notification and will contact you to organise the return of the faulty product.
- The product will be returned to either Auckland or Christchurch for testing.
- If the product is covered under warranty and is deemed faulty, it will be credited or replaced with the Plumbing Merchant who supplied the replacement product.
