Before we include them in our range, our panels are tested for optimum performance and efficiency using solar panel flash test data and Electroluminescence (EL) imaging.

The rear surface of every cell within a Solahart Silhouette has been treated with Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell (PERC) technology so that they work like household mirrors. Rays of sunlight that would otherwise be wasted reflect through the panels to generate more electricity and increase your panels' efficiency per surface area. This guarantees high performance under real conditions, with exceptional low-light and high-temperature behaviour. This means high yields are produced throughout the day, even in periods of low radiation intensity including early morning and late afternoon; and even on hot days, these panels produce more reliable yields than standard solar power panels.
