Prestons Lodge is a 132-bed aged care facility in Sydney. Rheem was approached during the design stage to provide an energy efficient solar and warm water proposal that included budget estimates, STC rebates and pay pack periods.

The Cavpower Component Rebuild Centre is a new facility specialising in the reconditioning of mining machinery. 2000-plus horsepower engines and gearboxes are routinely doused in chemical baths then blasted with high-pressure, high-temperature water. A means of delivering outstanding high pressure and temperature performance was essential.

Urbanest Student Accommodation in Adelaide is the latest development by Australia’s leading provider of purposebuilt, off-campus student quarters. A reliable hot water supply was needed to service the apartment complex with an estimated annual hot water consumption of 8,100,000 litres.

The revamped, $1.5 billion ICC Sydney at Sydney’s Darling Harbour is Asia Pacific’s premier integrated convention, exhibition and entertainment precinct. Rheem supplied eight commercial hot water plants that were used to service the theatre, convention and exhibition centres.

Magnum Apartments is a contemporary nine-storey mixed-use commercial and private residential complex situated in the Darwin CBD. A reliable hot water supply was required to service 24 one-bedroom apartments and 16 three-bedroom apartments with ensuite.

St. Mary’s Villa is a two level purpose built Aged Care Facility that offers 99 single room accommodation with en-suite. The hot water requirements included servicing the 99 single rooms in addition to meeting the hot water demands of the kitchen, laundry, hairdressing, cafe and exercise room facilities.

The centre has 8 showers and can cater for up to 180 people per day. Rheem was asked to provide an effective and economical hot water solution to meet the demands of the fitness centre.

Kingsford Homestead is situated on the western edge of the Barossa Valley and accommodates up to 14 guests. Hot water requirements include servicing 6 Executives guest suites with an estimated hot water load of 1430L over a 1hr peak demand period and the demands of a commercial kitchen and laundry.

Sensitive, intimate and sophisticated Southern Ocean Lodge is a sanctuary of refined comfort and luxury, Kangaroo Island style. 21 guest suites with a hot water load of 2,400L over a 1 hour peak demand period. Due to the potentially cold climate an electric back up was included to supplement the heat pumps to ensure hot water was available on demand.
